What are the prerequisites?
There are no formal prerequisites for attending this ITIL® AI Governance (Version 5) Training Course. However, a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence or organizational governance concepts will be beneficial for understanding the governance models and scenarios covered throughout the course.
Certification Examination
Certification examination voucher is part of this training course.
Candidates can schedule an online web-proctored examination on any suitable day and time at their own convenience, within 12 months.
Examination Format
- 40 multiple-choice questions.
- The passing criteria is 70%, i.e. 28 out of 40 points.
- 90 minutes (+15 minutes for candidates with English as a secondary language).
- Open book exam.
